Connectivity issue with Moto Z2 Play

My Fitbit Versa will not stay connected to my phone Moto Z2 play. It will be connected for a short period of time (30min max) then it will be unconnected. I spoke to the Fitbit help center and they told me they have not yet tested the Fitbit and my phone together.

Hi, according to this list, your phone is indeed not supported yet by Fitbit. Untill Fitbit support is, you can sync your Versa with your PC using Fitbit Connect. See this article how to start setting up your device with Fitbit Connect. Press the link, press Trackers and Watches and sroll down to directly underneath the first Video, where is says "Fitbit Connect" and follow the instructions.
