Hi all,
I read several posts/topics that suggest a conspiracy regarding battery life after the release of the Versa 2 and also the suggestion with a link to the way Apple should work after the release of a new version. I have to admit that I'm deeply saddened/upset by these suggestions at all, cause there are not true at all. Fitbit is a trustworthy company for one and secondly, battery problems of the Versa already exists since a long time in this community (see all the posts about it in this Community). I really hope that users will stop to link their battery problems with the release of the Versa 2 because it's not true at all. Also realize what your suggestions are meaning for future Fitbit users. For your information, my Versa at this very moment still lasts 5+ days on one charge and I never had to contact Customer Support with a problem with my Versa. Just my 2 cents, regards kuzibri

an update they released about a month ago probably did this to your fitbit. Support will offer you a 25% discount on a new watch. Which I find insulting.

Hi, I know that is't caused by an update of Fitbit's app. You can simply solve it yourself without either CS or a new Versa. I just reacted on the suggestions that, since the release of the Versa 2, the battery problems are worsening, while they Always have existed. Regards kuzibri
