Hi. I first purchased a Fitbit charge 2! The 1st one was great and then after a few weeks of using it the battery started having issues. - turned off everything as requested (which I don’t understand as I want to use it not turn everything off) they sent a replacement- that didn’t sync - sent another - that didn’t work longer than a day! So I stupidly paid more for a Versa and this doesn’t last longer than 2 days! Is anyone else having absolute awful times with battery life like me????? I can’t be the only one this unlucky! Surely ??? I’m really

@SunsetRunner I am sorry you're having such a rough time with your Fitbits. I have had many and had issues only with my Charge HR that bubbled after a year. Anyways, could you please provide me with some details? What's your phone model and OS? How long does the battery last? Are you using any 3rd party clockfaces? If yes, which one? Some 3rd party clockfaces and apps can seriously impact battery life of your tracker. Depending on the background refresh (how often they refresh the stats etc.) it can drop from 4-5 days to merely 2. I had this happen before. Is your tracker syncing without issues? When was the last sync? Have you tried rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes?

Yeah I’ve rebooted it. Yes I’ve got a normal face on the clock. The standard one. It lasts 2 days if that. I don’t even think it’s tracking correctly- I don’t understand why FIT bit make extra clock faces if it drains the batteries ? I don’t understand why you must turn everything off it you want it to last? Surely you buy the watch to use the functionality? I’ve an iPhone 8 and that’s not the problem! It’s working fine and my software is up to date. I’m so fed up with it all.
