Contactless pay not working on Versa after updating tracker software/firmware

Hi,

 

I used to use my Fitbit for contactless pay for everything. However, since updating my device with the last recommended update, it no longer works.

Please could you let me know if this is a software issue that can be fixed or if something is broken on the watch.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times and see if that solves your problem. Otherwise, go into the Wallet and see if your card is still there afte the update.

Hi,

 

My wallet is still there, and I have restarted my fitbit countless times and the contactless pay is still not working. I've also removed the card and re-added it with no luck.
