Contactless payments never work-Versa 2

Has anyone else had problems with the contactless payments? Mine never seems to work so I still have to take my card with me everywhere. Would be great if I could rely on the watch. Does anyone know how to fix? Whenever I try to use it the eftpos terminal asks

Please confirm that you've set up your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructionsThen, please set up Fitbit pay, for instructions please visit this article and open the menu "How do I set up Fitbit Pay?".

 

Whether this doesn't help, please provide us with the following information:

 

- Have you contacted your bank to verify if there is any restriction/limitation with your card?

- Have you verified that your card information has been correctly entered in the Fitbit Wallet?

- Is it a credit or debit card? Is it Visa, MasterCard or American Express?

- What's the name of the financial institution?

- Does it show any error? If possible, please attach a screen shot for further investigation.
