I have had my versa two for a year and a half. This is not a new problem but it’s frustrating. If my phone syncs to 10,000 steps (as an example) it will only record 9700 steps on my steps challenge. I have lost steps challenges based on an accurate recorded number. I’ve turned my phone off I’ve re-synced to my phone over and over again I have uninstalled and installed my versa two onto my phone. Nothing works. Any advice would be appreciated
