Couldn't update my versa to latest firmware, I'm still at 32.33.1.30, tried several times to reset and still not showing there's an update, how to solve?

Exact same issue here. Stuck on the same version and the support only told me to wait. Will do so for a week or so then try contacting them again if no update appears. I started this thread a few days back and will update there if there's any progress. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Versa-stuck-on-32-33-1-30/m-p/3853314#M132265

Lo and behold, it hath arrived! Updated this morning, and so far none of the dreadful battery draining issue has reared it's ugly head.
