How do I get my cozi calendar notification on my versa?

@mh66 not sure what cozi calendar is but I am assuming you need to turn on the notifications for this app. Open Fitbit mobile app, tap on the Versa icon, scroll down to Notifications, tap it, and go to App Notifications. Enable it there. Sync.

Hi @mh66 . I googled Cozi Calendar. It is a third party app that is part of the Parents Network. It looks pretty good. Unfortunately, at this time, it does not work with Fitbit, as an app or with notifications. But other Fitbit users also like the Cozi Calendar. You can tap here to add your vote in the New Feature suggestion forum. This is where Fitbit gages interest and analyzes feasibility. Since this is a third party app, Cozi will have to work with Fitbit to make this happen. You should contact Cozi Calendar support and let them know what you want.

@SunsetRunner thanks for digging! 😄 Question, as an app for the phone, does it allow push notifications (notifications that show in your Status Bar)? If so, @mh66 should be able to set regular app notifications to show on his/her Versa. 😄

@mh66 @SunsetRunner Ok, so I installed the Cozi calendar. It generates push notifications that can be seen in the phone Notification Center:

The Cozi calendar notifications can also be enabled in the Fitbit app:

I can confirm I am able to receive them on my Versa:

To enable the notifications, please open Fitbit mobile app, tap on the image of Versa, scroll down to Notifications and tap it. You should see this screen:

Now please tap App Notifications and scroll down until you see Cozi. Select it and tap the back arrow in the top left corner to go back. Sync.

I am very excited for this but I still don't have it on my versa...I feel so stupid, I do see in on the app though

@mh66 Could you please take a screenshot or a picture of what you can see in the fitbit app under the notifications?

So sorry for your frustration, @mh66 . From what @Marrrmaduke posted, it seems you will not see your Cozi calendar on your Versa. But you will see notifications from it. 

To set this up, from the Fitbit app on your phone, tap Account > Versa > Notifications. From there, you should see Cozi as a notification option. (See @Marrrmaduke‘s photo.) 

Cozi will then send notifications to the Versa. @Marrrmaduke, a question for you since you tested this. My Versa is linked to my iPhone calendar but only pushes out notifications for events that have alarms. Is this also true for Cozi calendar events?

@SunsetRunner Yes. The event has to have a notification/alarm set. Only this way it will appear in the Notification Bar. 🙂 @mh66 still should be able to see the app itself in the Notifications section of Versa in the Fitbit mobile app (as seen in the pic). I'm wondering if the OP is in the right Notifications if you know what I mean. Versa's notifications and not Fitbit app notifications...

@mh66 You're on iOS! This might require some gymnastics. Lol. First of all, App Notifications within Fitbit app seem to be set up properly. Now, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications and make sure the things I described in this post are enabled for both Fitbit app and Cozi app.
