Cracked Screen with water damage

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I accidentally knocked my Versa onto the bathroom floor twice a few weeks ago. The next day I noticed it has two cracks in the screen! Nooooo!!!! I knew I should've gotten a screen protector but I didn't. I've since worn it in the pool and ocean and thought maybe I shouldn't since the screen is cracked water may get inside. Well last night we had a pool party and I happened to look at it and noticed it wasn't on the home screen. It was shutting on and off repeatedly and now that's all it will do. It's been in a bag of rice since midnight. Is there any hope or is my beloved watch trash?

  • I also cracked my Versa 2.  It is cracked in the corner from getting knocked on a wall.  Would a screen protector help so that I could use it in pool doing exercises?

Hello, I recently cracked my fitbit versa 2 and I went swimming with it on thinking that it would be fine. After an hour my watch stopped working completely even since then when u try to start it up it only comes up with the fitbit logo. I have been alternating between putting it in rice and charging it but nothings seems to work. Do you think that there is any way I can save my fitbit? I've had my watch for about a year and a half.
