I have the Versa model for the past 6 months. Despite a screen protector, today the watch feel and the area not protected got cracked. Are there any places I can take this in for repair?? It seems that looking around there are no resources. Do I really need to buy another 150 dollar watch just to get a new screen?

Hi, if your Versa is only 6 monts old. it's still is under warranty. Do not know if that also account for accidents like you experienced, but you always can contact Customer Support: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs.

Warranty does not cover damage for a watch that has fallen and cracked. The solution was to buy another 200-250 dollar watch. I think this is outrageous. I will never buy another fitbit until they start repairing products.
