hey so i love my Fitbit Versa  that i got for Christmas and i recently had a massive accident on my skateboard and scratched the screen and there is this slight crack but like it’s jot really there. i bought my Fitbit to track my training for swimming but i didn’t get to use it since im scared to get water in it. should i risk it be chase it might be okay? is there any warranties that cover for just 3 weeks?

As the damage was the result of an accident you won't be covered by the warranty (see full terms at https://www.fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty) so it would be a big gamble to go swimming with it if it's otherwise working. It's not a gamble I'd take.
