Cracked screen on versa after 2 days owning it

Hi

 

I bought a new versa from amazon a couple of days ago but knocked it on a door handle which somehow pulled the strap off and it dropped on the floor and cracked the screen.

 

Please tell me I can get it replaced?

I would contact customer support. If you bought it through Fitbit on Amazon then you shouldn't have any trouble. If it was a third party selling it you may have more troubles.

Hello @Julzei

Not sure if Fitbit will cover accidents with thier devices, but if you bought it on a credit card, some have coverage for these incidents and loses. .

Customer services have been totally useless. 

 

They don’t cover damages under their warranty and don’t even have any repair centres if I paid.
