I just started logging my food but so far I find the app not very useful (quite disappointed actually). It seems that it's only possible to log individual ingredients or meals that are in the database, but if I want to create my own food (meal) the only option is that I manually calculate and then input calories and all nutrition facts.
This seems a lot of trouble for something that should be quite easy if it were possible to create a meal from individual ingredients. Not very encouraging to keep using the app.
Any advice on how to overcome this limitation will be more than welcome.
