Current weather location won’t change on Versa

I left Yuma AZ area a month ago and my Versa will not change location from Yuma to current location.  I have reset Versa but still on Yuma.  Any solutions?

Hi @Nicgenie, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the weather app won't change to your current location. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, sync your watch again and see if the weather app shows the correct location.
