Hi everyone!
I’ve been experiencing some difficulties with logging in custom foods and I hope someone would be able to advise me on what to do.
I am using a Fitbit Versa version 68.9.15 and an iPhone 11 and app is up to date.
Today I started logging in my meals for the first time using the Japanese food database as I just moved to Tokyo.
I’ve been able to properly log in all foods that are in the database and their nutritional facts also appear,
but whenever I log in a custom food, all nutrition facts disappear after saving them.
I have tried checking if a new update was available, logging out and force shutting down the app, and restarting my phone, but nothing seems to work.
Any advice?

Which device is being used to enter the food, your posting in the hardware support not the app or web support.
