Customer Service a waste of time.

My versa has a black screen and won't turn on. We confirmed it is defective the problem is this is the replacement I received for my already defective device. So I called customer service again. What they they say but sorry not our problem even though we send you the defective device. Your out-of luck we will give you 25% off a full price out of date model that is lower then your current model. So now I have to spend $150 just to get the same model I have and since I want the same I can't even use the 25% off. Talk about slap in the face and a money hungry corporation.

How long have you had the tracker? It sounds like some info has been left out.
