I just want to say I had the most frustrating customer service experience with a representative named Benjamin on the chat.  I am having a couple of issues with my Versa which is so surprising because I never had an issue with my Charge 2. I am already frustrated that my 6 month old watch is having issues. This rep was not really that helpful at all and was quite rude. I truly hope this is not how their customer service is all the time, geez. I just want to fix my watch.

If you want any help here, we would have to know the nature of your problems.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

My versa 2 won't sync, declines pairing, doesn't keep time, and can't even be found by my phone, my tablet...nothing.  I've tried all the terrible shooting tips. I've restated tablet, phone and versa. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the versa from the app, and the app from my phone. I've cleared the cache. I've "forgotten" the device and tried searching again. I've tried the"force stop" action...

At this point, if fitbit won't fix these connectivity issues, then I'll return my versa and buy an apple watch. I hate Apple products. But, i need a fitness tracker that will sync with my phone, keep accurate time, and that is compatible with the wellness program i use thru work.
