How do I get in contact with Customer support? My Fitbit has recently had persistent problems with the time being incorrect. I've spent HOURS on the forums trying all the suggestions. Nothing has worked. I've even tweeted them but they couldn't be bothered to reply. I want to return my watch and get a refund. It's only been 9 months. I also want to report them to Trading Standards? Life is too short to have a Fitbit that only works 15% of the time!
