My fit bit stopped working a few weeks ago and I contacted customer’s service thinking they were going to be helpful. Long story short, over the last 3 week, I can’t express the level of disappointment and dissatisfaction I have experienced. I’ve never spent my time speaking to so many people telling me different things and they still managed to get a simple process wrong and there is no official place to make a formal complaint. If you want to know how good a company is, wait until you have an issue with their product/ service!
Definitely up the in disappointing issues management and resolution.

I have to agree with you 100%. Fitbit is not the company it use to be. I have bought my last Fitbit. I’ll bet they won’t be in the smartwatch market much longer because their product has many issues none that Fitbit wants to address. Customer service is a joke. I’m looking at Garmin and Apple.
