Hello! I’ve looked through the previous threads about this but nothing has helped. I have removed the device from my Bluetooth list on my iPhone and have removed the device on the app it self. I went to do a factory reset and got this error that won’t go away. I’ve tried to force a restart and it still comes up with the same message. My app is up to date as well. What else can I try!?

I have had the same problem.  I bought my Versa 2 about 2 years ago and took out technical support insurance so when I got the 'data not cleared message' I took my Versa 2 back to the retailer and one of their tech guys sorted it out but I had to leave the watch together with  my phone so that they could access the app.  It took them about 2 hours to fix.  This happened again about 2 weeks later so back to the shop I went.  It was fine for about 10 days.  Since then it 'goes out' and I have to restart it; was happening ever week or so.  6 weeks on and it 'gone out' again and it now won't restart.  All I get is a brown fuzzy square, no logo. I have no idea what to do about it - throw it in the river or take it back to the shop yet again?
