Does anyone know how to turn the Versa back on after the manual (holding the 3 buttons process) factor reset. Tried all the solutions including holding all 3 buttons for 3 or so minutes?

 

I've already have 2 Versa watches die on me, so now think that there is an issue with the device and perhaps with Fitbit in general because also have lots of issues with syncing, connecting via bluetooth, etc.

Hi @Sue_Brown,

 

I think if you just hold down the button on the left, it turns on, but I'm not sure.  It's been a while since I've done a reset on my Versa 1 (I primarily wear my Versa 2).

I suggest not to do a factory reset at all. My versa did not turn back on after reset. I only had 21 month use out of it. Called to see what is wrong with but all they told me is that we can give you a 25% discount on your next order. I preferred having my Fitbit alta more because it lasted longer.
