DON'T EVER buy from fitbit

Me and my husband bought Fitbit versa 2 last Fall. Mine was running good till 2 months ago, which the heart-rate tracker stopped working and when I tried to follow your guide to reset it, it never turned on again. So I made a big mistake to buy Fitbit versa 3 and surprisingly it turned off when it was fully charged and never turned on again. And the interesting part is that my husband's Fitbit versa 2 also stopped working without any reason yesterday😅

So our 3 watches stopped working only in a period of two months. This can't be by chance. The worst experience we ever had with an electronic device. So I ask everyone, please stop buying from this **ahem** brand. It will stop working really soon

Hi @Sara.Bz I am sorry you have had these problems. I have had many models of fitbits and none of them have ever died suddenly as you have recorded. So my statement is that you have had an unfortunate run of bad luck, but this is not a reflection of Fitbits overall. I suggest you contact Fitbit Support  about your Versa 3 as it is probably still covered by warranty.
