My versa was working great then the last 2 weeks not showing sleep or daily activity but is showing steps heart rate and the rest

@JWhitburn So sleep is missing and active minutes? Are these stats missing from both Versa and Fitbit mobile app? Also, are they missing from your dashboard on Fitbit.com?
