Daily charging....good, bad, or doesn't matter?

I find that when I get up in the morning that if I take off my Versa and charge it while showering and getting ready to get the day started it completely recharges from the day before.   I assume these are lithium ion batteries and have no memory and at least on the surface would see no problem with doing this.

Anyone disagree, and why?  Very convenient this way.

I agree, better to charge more often than risk letting it run down.

Not sure it really makes much difference to the battery but more convenient.

The only possible negative, I did see somewhere best to keep lithium batteries between 20% and 80%, but I have no idea if that is really true, or how much difference it would make.  If that were a big factor, I would think it would be widely known.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
