Daily readiness score not working everyday

I have the versa 2 and my readiness score has only worked one day this week. 

I wear my fitbit 24/7. I have tried shutting the app down, i have removed the readiness from my screen and re added. I have restarted my phone and restated the watch.

 

I do not have premium but received a notification a few weeks back to say daily readiness is now included for all.

Any ideas?

Yes, noticed that it is very sporadic on Charge 5, sometimes only once a week. Guess it was a freebie given by Fitbit that was previously paid only so not much effort put in. On the paid version worked every day.
