Dark spots and light bleed on the Versa screen

Is anyone else coming across Versas with dark spots or backlight bleed on the screen? I'm on my third Versa since April 16. The screen on the first was perfect, but I ended up returning it after a week because of how inaccurate it was counting steps and floors. (Setup kept failing on this one and ultimately took almost 2 hours. Not sure those things are related.) The second one seemed to be a bit more accurate (no setup issues), but there were white and yellow clouds of light covering a significant portion of the screen. I returned it the next day and had to order a third and wait because I couldn't find one in store anywhere. Now the third one has a gray spot (semi-circle about the size of a dime) at the lower center of the screen. If this one seems more accurate, I'm going to attempt to ignore the screen issue, but I'm getting very frustrated at this point.

@LadyCassandra Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! This doesn't sound normal. Could you share a picture of your tracker's screen? You can try restarting it as this is the recommended step when the display shows any type of issue. To restart your Versa please do the following:

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Let me know how it goes!

Oops! I was trying to reply on my phone and accidentally hit the "accepted solution" button. I have tried restarting multiple times, and it does not help.

It's hard to pick up the discoloration in photos, but here's the best I could do.

Likely a hardware defect. I had the same problem and fitbit is replacing it.

Rebooting is not going to help that, only getting it replaced will fix.

@BryceKerr Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

@LadyCassandra thank you for trying the suggestions. Like @BryceKerr and @GreginJaxFL said the best thing to do is letting our support team know about the issue so they can review your case and provide options. I noticed that you don't have a ticket with them so I let them know you need help. You will get an email from them.

@BryceKerr happy to hear that you got your Versa replaced!

Keep me posted!
