Hi!
I recently purchased my Versa and was excited to participate in challenges with my friends. However, my dashboard in my challenge numbers for my steps do not match. I do not use any manual tracking or and was excited to participate in challenges with my friends. However, my dashboard in my challenge numbers for my steps do not match. I do not use any manual tracking or MobileRun. We are all in the same time zone. My dashboard weekly total is at 14,502 and my challenge weekly total is at 13,099.
I have not even gone to the gym with this yet and all my steps are just walking around work. Please let me know if I have something set up incorrectly!

Same here! I bought a Versa along with my sister and brother in law. Only one of the three is accurate when doing the challenges. 1/3! 😞
Is there a mailing list where you guys at FITBIT can tell us when the bug is fixed? Will it be someday?
Obviously I've tried all of the suggestions you've made to fix the bug but nope. Still not matching.

I'm having the same issue as other people. Not good! would you suggest replacing it if "not everyone" is having the issue? Makes me if it's a product issue more than a software issue???? This is my 3rd fit bit. I wouldn't mind replacing it if that would fix the issue/problem. A reply would be great.

I am STILL having the same issues. This is my 4th Fitbit , seems like they die after 1.5-2 years. This time I actually chose Fitbit over Samsung ONLY for the challenges. Unfortunately, it does not sync to the challenges. Last week it only counted 2 days out of the week. I've tried ALL of the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing is working. Also, many time my text and calls DO NOT come through... I have a Galaxy Note 8 by the way. Please any other suggestions?

I am viewing live and still my data is correct on dashboard but not on challenge. I also rebooted and waited longer than 15 minutes. Any ideas?

Still an ongoing issue. Your methods do nothign to solve the issue. 9+ months of an issue and no resolve?!?

Bayo_b - I recommend changing companies. We have been loyal fitbit users and spend a great deal of money, only to have several big issues with every model. They obviously don't test these thoroughly enough before flooding the market with inferior products.

Still no fix for this? Can I return my versa for one that isn’t faulty? This really is not good enough.

My Ionic died after <2 years and I was persuaded to replace with a Versa Lite. Treadmill activity steps were counted (please don't tell me I need to move my arm) but are not included in the daily step total. Activity log says 4200 treadmill steps contributed to total 3800 daily steps.
Please say there is a fix for this. I'm already frustrated with how awful it is to change out the wristband on this watch, but this is a deal breaker.
