Dashboard keeps loosing weekly exercises

Since I upgraded to the Versa, my weekly exercise records keep disappearing this didn't happen with the Alta. Today it is showing only 2 days of exercise instead of 5 and has lost most of last weeks.

 

Has anyone any idea how to stop it doing this?

It's weird to hear that your exercises are not being stored. Could you please provide me with a screenshot of this?

Sorry for not replying before but I think the reply from Fitbit is probably
the answer, Please note that the activities recorded by the tracker with the
exercise shortcut or manually logged will always override the activities
recorded by the tracker itself (SmartTrack). According to our records this
Swim activity was recorded with the exercise shortcut on your Versa. We
recommend deleting this Swim activity as most likely the activities that
disappeared will show up one more on your dashboard.
I have not been manually adding anything and it has been ok for the last
week.
