Dashboard steps don't match challenge

My dashboard steps aren't matching the steps in the challenge. Didn't have this problem with my blaze but now that I have the versa it's not matching. I have not done used any other apps. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I appreciate you have included screenshots in your post. I understand you started experiencing this issue with your Versa and I'm sorry to hear that your step total on your challenge isn't updating. Below are possible reasons for this issue: 

1. Your steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile). 
2. You manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges. 
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges. 
4. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone. 

Additionally, I would like to suggest you to force-quit the app, then open it again and check if your steps updated.

Hi, 

 

I’m having the same issue and did last week.  It happens only on Mondays in the work week hustle.  I don’t use any other apps and we are in the same Timezone! Anyone have any ideas of why this is happening ?!!

Mine does this too and it’s really frustrating. My challenges starts at 3 am because of a time zone difference but I get up at 6 am and there is a 5,000 step discrepancy.
