Data from my Versa is not logging on the Workweek challenge

Hi... 

Heart beat rate NOT logging and also also my steps that are logging are NOT logging on the Workweek Hustle challenges. Turned everything off and on many times and just updates to newest versions on watch and phone (70.7.14) but this didn't fix anything.

Regarding the Workweek Hustle issue that your Fitbit Versa and app were experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat recently.

 

In case the issue persists, please reply to them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

Hello and thank you for helping. I am still having the problem even after I re-loaded the application. He didn't give me a ref. number. Could you tell me what that number would be please. Much thanks...Susan

Regarding the case number, I was able to get in touch with them and was told that they will contact you via email soon in order to follow up on the data issue that occurred with the Week Hustle challenge. Please keep an eye on your email account.
