Versa 2 showing this message. I have learning disabilities and tried the steps 3 times and im just not having it. Had the watch since 2018 or 2019. Not keeping a charge much either. Never knew how to get call or texts to phone until after i saw this message on watch. Only used clock and tracker.

Remove any entry for the watch from the phone's Bluetooth and

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

If the device is still showing remove

[by dustbin top right]

Click on  + Set up a Device

Follow the installation instructions

@JasperBu-  did you also restart both watch and phone? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
