Hi All.
I have a versa 2 and for some reason it has stopped syncing with Strava. I've gone into both apps and it seems that the authorisation had been turned off some how. Switched it back on, logged in and out of apps etc etc but my last few runs still won't sync. I even tried downloading the tcx file and adding that way and it says file is empty or no data to download. Yet I can see the run in my Fitbit app and on the main website page. It has also stopped displaying my map/gps.

Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:
In this case, I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 and track a new run with GPS by following the instructions in the section How do I start a workout with GPS on my Fitbit device?

Hi Edison.
Still not working. I love noticed when you go into the splits on the app its duplicated 2, 3 even 4 times. This only seems to happen on the runs that won't sync. I've. Also noticed lately that when doing body weight workouts at home my heart rate also stops recording and the screen goes blank for a second and comes back on by itself.

There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate readings. To resolve the issue please follow the instructions in this article.
Whether this doesn't help, please provide me with the following information:
- Do you start your activities from the Fitbit app and from your Fitbit Versa 2?
- Are you still not able to see any of your GPS maps?
- Are some of them available?
- Do they show on Strava when they are not duplicated?
