Data not showing correctly in the app

My versa shows its still connected, but I guess the HR isn't working because it's only showing my steps and my baseline calories burned, but then it also isn't showing my 250+ steps per hour. It's been days and it hasn't corrected itself. I've only had it for 2 weeks...

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your data on the dashboard. I understand how you are feeling since you've had the device only for 2 weeks. I recommend making sure your app is updated to the latest version. Please also try to restart the app and your phone and make sure your Fitbit Versa is syncing. You can follow the steps to manually sync your watch and check the troubleshooting steps if you're experiencing any difficulties.
