Data on app doesn't match my Versa's readings

This happens to me a lot - while exercising watch will show a heart rate of 160.  Later when watch syncs with phone, the max heart rate that shows on the graph is like 148 - nowhere near 160.   How come I see 160 BPM on my watch but not in the app when I’m done with my workout?

@SunsetRunner it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the discrepancy that your Fitbit app shows from your Fitbit Versa.

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, monitor your exercise during the next 24 hours and see if the data that your Versa tracks, matches the numbers shown on the app.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
