Date on Versa Lite not updating

Hi all

Please help. I have recharged my watch and its now stuck on old date.. How can I change this

Showing wrong date and time

Hi there @KimBkwl, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa Lite.

 

Keep in mind that your Versa Lite may show the wrong date and time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.To see when was the last time your watch synced or to check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
