I added a new face to my versa last night, but the date hasn’t changed. I synced my device, with the iPhone XR and though the time is correct, the date is not. The face was a free option, not developed from
fitbit.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Would it be possible for you to provide us the name of the clock-face you're currently using? This will be very helpful. In the meantime, please change the clock-face to a Fitbit one and check if this issue is still happening. It's possible the issue is related to the specific clock-face you're currently using.

Hello! The face is called I.K. Greenery. I selected a Fitbit face in the mean time. Thanks for your help.
