Got my versa to help train for a half marathon. The big day was yesterday. I'm not a great runner and the versa run tracking app was wonderful motivation as I shuffled round the course. Synced yesterday, could see all the steps and daily activity but not the run. I thought maybe it needs the full day before it gives you an exercises breakdown.

Synced this morning and it's completely WIPED all of yesterday's activity. So disappointed! I was already having doubts about the accuracy (calories always seem about 20% higher than they should be). This may be the final nail in the coffin.

@Scafbot Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your data is missing from your account. It is odd that the app isn't showing any data for that day. You could try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in to see if the data shows again. Also could you share a screenshot of the activity area on your account? Try viewing your account using a web browser on your computer.

I look forward to your reply!
