Dead and not charging

I got might Fitbit versa for Christmas 2018, the battery hardly ever made it to the second day. Less than a month ago it died before the end of the day and hasn’t come back on since. It will not charge, light up or anything.

My fitbit is dead and not charging.  What are the instructions to do to fix it?  Unfortunately my Versa is a few months out of warranty.  Please help.

I have the very same issue. My Versa is completely dead.

Good luck. I have never received a response from Fitbit on a fix, etc. Will not buy another Fitbit!

Thanks for the heads up. Guess I'll look for a new one that's a different brand. Did you choose another vendor?
