My Fitbit Versa died and when I went to charge it back up after 6 hours it hadn't turned on or even showed that it was charging. I tried holding down the left and bottom button for 10 seconds to reset it and nothing. I held down all the buttons for 3 plus minutes as a last resort and nothing. So I put it back on the charger to see if that helped and nothing. Please help.

My versa.is doing the same. Im so upset by this. Ive only had it since Christmas.

I'm having the same trouble. I have had Fitbit Versa since May and has never held a charge longer than 24 hours - not 4 days! It now is shut off and will not turn back on and I too have held down the buttons to no avail. Not happy with the Versa at all. Just went back to my Charge.

Same here ... mine “died” 4 days ago !!!
i did send mail to fitbit support ... NO reply after 4 days with dead expensive versa ( 1 year old )
does nothing and stays black / off.
tried the “press all buttons for 3 minutes sollution” i found on the forum .... but does not work also.
i want a new one ( not refurbished ! )
