Dead screen on my Versa Lite

The screen on my Versa Lite is just black. I can tell it is working as I am getting the vibration for notifications. I have only had about 3 months. I have pushed the left button on a long hold trying to reset . I think it's doing it but I still just get a black screen. Already went through the app issue of the watch not getting notifications.  Had to go back to old version of the app. Anyway, very tired of these issues. Anyone else had the issue with the black screen?

I contacted Fitbit through chat and he had me try a couple of things. Nothing worked. Since I an still under warranty,  they are sending me a new one.
