Declining incoming phone calls from Lg G6

I am able to decline an incoming call on my versa, but it doesn't end the call on my Lg G6. Is this something that can be fixed? TIA!

@ahallberg73 What happens when you try to accept a call? I am wondering if it's a simply a matter of delay with the Bluetooth connection, or something else. Does your Versa sync without issues? Have you tried rebooting your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes)? Finally, what's your Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version?
