I've noticed a significant decrease in the calculation of calories once I switched from my charge HR to my Versa. I would have thought the Versa would track more accurately, but it doesn't seem to be the case?

I'm sorry to hear that your calorie readings are not accurate. If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa. If this doesn't work, please let me know if you have seen the decrease of your readings during an exercise or during the regular days? I would appreciate if you share a screen shot of the change on the readings that you've noticed.
