Deezer playlists not visible to transfer

Hi,

I have a versa and an active premium deezer account, in which I have many playlists created. Some are showing as greyed out ( I understand this because these are due to licensing); however, all of my other playlists and not even showing up as an option to download. And these are just regular albums I have downloaded from deezer. I have tried unlinking and relinking deezer account from versa. Have used both desktop and mobile app. What's the point of paying for premium when none of the songs/albums/playlists downloaded from this app are visible to transfer? What music CAN be transferred from deezer to versa?

Thanks, Anna

Hi, you can only transfer music to the Versa when it has a WiFi connection. To do that your Versa needs to be in the charger and connected to you PC. On your phone, go to the WiFi settings in the Fitbit app and press it. You should see the name of your home's network with on the right side next to it a white WiFi icon. Press that and Fitbit will start connecting to your WiFi network. Once connected, the icon should turn to blue and say "connected". Go to your Versa, whilst in the charger, and tap on it twice and the display will show up. Go to settings and scroll down to Device Info and press that and scroll down to WiFi and it should should the IP address of you home's network, so you know that the Versa is connected to your WiFi. Now you're able to transfer music from your phone to the Versa. If you need more than 10 minutes to transfer your music, I would advice you to also connect your phone to your PC and make sure that during the entire process the display of your phone stays on. Good luck.

This completely fails to address the question:  which is that playlists do not show up in the Fitibit app.  Why not read the question before cutting and pasting an irrelevant  response?
