I've created a Deezer account, downloaded the app to my phone, connected the app on my Fitbit Versa, and from the Fitbit app did a forced sync to get the playlist on my Versa.
I get the notification on my Versa that the download is started, but it never goes past 0%!
I've deleted Deezer from my phone, redownloaded it, removed the playlists I had selected then redownloaded them...
I'm still getting the same problem. I'm VERY frustrated with how complicated it's been to get music onto my Versa. Why won't music from Deezer download onto my Versa?

Same here. I was with Fitbit customer service for over an hour and had no solution for this.

I have had the same problem for 3 days straight and tried to do EVERYTHING with and without customer service help. They say they are elevating my case and getting back to me within 24 hrs but nothing.

Same here. It’s 2020, we need this issue fix ASAP. Did anyone find a solution. My app is stuck on 0 percent and then on my phone, it says preparing to download, but doesn’t really download.

I was having this exact same problem and I think I finally found the solution. What worked for me was right before downloading the music onto my fitbit, I completely disconnected/deleted the wifi I was using under the "wi-fi settings" in the app and re-set it up by putting in the wi-fi password again and that finally did the trick! I've downloaded music twice, once while it was charging and once doing a force sync, re-setting up the wi-fi right before both times, and both times the music downloaded. Hope this works for you too!
I honestly think the Versa 3 (or at least mine) has some sort of wi-fi issue, and since it needs wi-fi to download the music it creates this sub-issue. It always drops my wi-fi even while being on the charger when it's supposed to connect automatically and keep the connection (if I understand it correctly).
