My husband bought me a Versa 2 for my birthday and I was originally stoked. I go for runs and I was excited to be able to leave my phone at home!
I quickly found out I can't use my Spotify account on my Versa 2 without my iPhone. Kinda bummed out, but no big deal I guess...
So yesterday I bought a Deezer Premium subscription at 9.99 (which included a 90 day free trial period). My Versa 2 will NOT download any of my playlists I've selected. I gets stuck syncing at 0% and then times out. I've done so much research and looked at related topics and nothing has helped so far.
I've made sure I'm connected to the same wifi as my phone.
Tried restarting both devices.
Reinstalled deezer on fitbit and iphone.
I called Fitbit customer service and he thinks its because

(continued) I called Fitbit customer service and he thinks its because I'm in the free trial period of my Deezer account. I spoke to Deezer and they told me to wait until my free trial is over and try again.
This is super frustrating because its a 3 MONTH free trial that was non optional :(.
I've also tried Pandora, my app on Fitbit won't let me login even though it works on pandora.com and my Pandora app.
My computer won't even connect to my fitbit on Fitbit connect so I can transfer personal music. I'm about to give up and go to apple watch, even though I love the fitbit battery life and features.

You say that you cAnt log in, what error do you get?
Where you able to connect the Versa 2 to your wifi? And the Versa 2 is on its charger and charging?

When I tried Pandora my email/password combination wouldn't work on the fitbit pandora app. Even though I could use the exact same combination successful on pandora.com and the official pandora app.
My versa connects fine to Wifi and is in the charger when I try to sync. I have not been able to connect my versa to fitbit connect on my Macbook
