Hello - I have been having problems with my Versa and so I was recommended to restore my Versa to factory settings, which I am still in the process of doing (it is at the factory settings screen and won't connect to the app, but that is another issue).
Whilst trying to sort out the Versa, I went into the Fitbit.com site and stupidly deleted my Versa device information in settings and now all the data is gone from it and from the app on my iPad and obviously also from the Versa. Is there anyway to restore the data or is it gone forever?
Thank you
Meredide

Welcome to the Forums @Meredide. Thanks for sharing your experience.
If you set up your Versa to your account once again, that will all the information to show back up again. You can click here to read instructions on how to set up your Versa.
I will also be moving your thread to the Versa board as I think it is much better suited for your situation.
Hope to see you around.

@Meredide the factory reset removed the tracker from your account.
Your Fitbit app did not know this and is why it would not connect.
Setup the tracker and as @LanuzaFitbit. says. Everything will be good.
Your data was removed with the tracker because you don't have a device attached that can record this data.
