Deleted zone minutes

I updated my versa 2 yesterday and I’m now realizing it deleted all my zone minutes from Tuesday. Any idea why? Or how to get it back?

Hi @mlofberg87  - if you updated the watch before syncing, the data may be lost.

This is odd because surely the update process should first include a sync before proceeding but it may have failed and if you don't sync often or it has problems that may be the reason.

That’s the thing; I did sync it. I sync it all the time (I am way too dependent on this thing, lol) and it was only Tuesday that it deleted the zone minutes. And only the zone minutes! It’s so weirdly specific.

@mlofberg87 - thanks, it may be an app glitch then. Logout of the app, and for Android clear cache and force stop it, restart the phone and watch, it may come back.
