Deleting alarms off Fitbit App and Dashboard when the direction options are not available

Each morning at 2:00 am, my versa 2 vibrates. I have never set an alarm for 2 am.  I have deleted all my alarms on my device and the steps to get to silent alarms on the FitBit App and The Fitbit Dashboard do not work because the options to select are not listed. So what next? I love my Versa 2 but at 2:00 am I am tempted to throw it against the wall! Help!

@vhl0307 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa vibrating at 2 am. It is odd that this is happening even though you deleted all alarms. Do you have any calendar activities set up on your app? I have heard other members stating that calendar notifications are going off at odd hours when the notify all day setting is selected for the activity. In this case I suggest you try deselecting Calendar notifications from your device just to test it. Also try restarting it by following these instructions.
