Delivery of Smartwatch

Hi, I ordered a smartwatch & the delivery company claimed they tried to deliver it yesterday through tracking, but nobody was in to sign for it. However, I was at home all day & no note was pushed through my letterbox confirming they'd been. I'm back at work next week, so definitely won't be in to accept delivery. Do they give an option to delivery elsewhere?

That's something you will have to contact FedEx (the delivery company) about.

Thanks for your reply, however the item is being delivered from GLS as its an international order; their customer service is shocking. I'll keep on trying.
