Hello,
On my phone- the Fitbit app easily detects my home wifi network under wifi settings and I have connected it.
On the desktop (my laptop)- the Fitbit app is simply not detecting my home wifi and so does not show up under network options (it just continues to search), yet the app will happily remind me that my laptop is connected to my home network wifi.
I am so confused as to why the cellular version of the app finds my home wifi but the desktop version does not detect it.
All I want to do is add my music to the watch (one of the major reasons I bought it) but I have to use my laptop and the desktop version of the Fitbit app to do so, yet the desktop version of the app fails to find my home wifi.

@Matt95 Try closing fitbit app on your computer, reboot your laptop, open the app again and add the network manually. Take a look at this help article.

None of this seems to work. My Fitbit Versa connectS to my Wifi. The iOS App shows that. But the desktop app cannot seem to find the WiFi to connect to. That is where the issue is. I have tried all suggestions in this and linked articles. Could this be because my desktop is NOT connected via Wifi - but is wired? This cannot be unusual. My playlists I want to transfer to my Versa are on this desktop.
Also -the desktop app does not seem to have options to add the network manually (as described in the previous message).
